ATTENTION: Commercial rental companies can only setup at the access paths from Oak Ave to Magnolia Ave as ordered by the city of Anna Maria. No more than two cabanas may be rented at one time per customer and all cabanas must be separated by 50 feet of space from other companies. (2/26/26). Front row spots are not guaranteed due to the demand of space. However, we will do our best to get you close to the water.
